By signing up for the portfolio/information website offer with Krcreat Inc. (“We,” “Us,” “Our”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing the CAD 150 website package.

1. Service Overview
The portfolio/information website offer includes:

One professionally designed website using pre-configured templates.
One-year hosting on our multi-site platform.
One custom domain (or subdomain option) for the first year.
Basic website maintenance and support.
SSL certificate.
The service is designed for SMEs, freelancers, and professionals seeking a portfolio or informational website.

2. Payment and Fees
The fee for the website package is CAD 150, payable upfront.
The fee includes hosting and domain registration for one year.
Renewal of hosting and domain for subsequent years will be subject to additional charges. We will notify you of the renewal fees prior to the expiration date.
Payment must be completed via the payment method provided on www.krcreat.com.
3. Delivery and Setup
After payment, we will initiate the website setup. The website will be designed based on an agreed design following a consultation with the Client, and customized with your provided content (e.g., logo, text, and images).
The website setup will be completed within [5-10 business days] from the time of content submission by the Client.
Clients must submit required content in a timely manner. Delays in content submission may impact the delivery time.
4. Website Content
Clients are responsible for providing all content, including images, text, and branding material. Krcreat Inc. does not provide content creation services as part of this offer.
Content must comply with legal standards, including but not limited to copyright and privacy laws.
Krcreat Inc. reserves the right to reject or remove any content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these terms.
5. Scope of Support
Basic support includes assistance with website setup and minor adjustments (e.g., text changes, image updates).
Major design or functional customization, additional pages, or advanced SEO services are not included in the CAD 150 package. These services can be purchased separately.
Support is provided via email and is available during regular business hours.
6. Domain Registration and Renewal
The domain included with the package is valid for one year.
If the Client does not wish to renew the domain or hosting after one year, the website may be suspended or terminated.
Clients are responsible for paying domain and hosting renewal fees if they wish to continue using the website beyond the first year.
7. Refund Policy
The CAD 150 fee is non-refundable once the website setup process has begun.
If the Client cancels the service before setup begins, a full refund will be issued.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to create@krcreat.com.
8. Website Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Client retains ownership of all content they provide (e.g., text, images, logo).
Krcreat Inc. retains ownership of the website design, layout, and underlying code provided as part of the multi-site platform.
Clients do not have access to modify the website’s core files or hosting configuration.
9. Termination
Krcreat Inc. reserves the right to terminate the service if the Client violates any of these Terms and Conditions or if the website is used for illegal activities.
Upon termination, the Client’s website may be taken offline, and any associated domain name may be released.
10. Limitation of Liability
Krcreat Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website or any issues related to hosting, security, or domain registration.
While we take necessary precautions to maintain uptime and security, we cannot guarantee 100% availability or security of the website.
The Client is responsible for ensuring their website content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
11. Modifications to Terms
Krcreat Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.
Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
